Why SE very unpopular here?? Is it because you can not afford to buy it?? or because you want to vilify and destroy SE?

beautiful phone, feels good in the hand and it's a good size to. iv'e got a dummy phone in my hand now. Just hope its not as bad as alot of recent sony's have been.

Well I say when a company is in trouble it is in trouble. SE not able to get their announced phones on time is a huge inconvenience to buyers, and to them too. A person waiting for X10 is probably still waiting or have moved on to buy some other handset. This is very unprofessional.

Just confirmed, Carphone Warehouse will be stocking the Vivaz in black and in silver within the next 7 days, likely to be from the 2nd March

Hi, yes GSMarena refuses me to post from my mobile too. They have stopped me for some reason. I don't know why at all.
Back to topic: Vivaz will be out in Q1 end of story. That is what was promised and nothing else.

Was two weeks ago the preview was posted and don't recall mention of a February release. What was mentioned though was that the review was based on a pre release and certain bugs would be corrected for the retail version. Three weeks is an inadequate length of time to corect and hit the shelves wouldn't you agree ?

I have to agree with all those that say GSMarena has lost it! When did SE state that this phone will be released in February? Seriously, your reporting on SE is beginning to mirror that of the pathetic Eldar and his Mobile-review. I wonder what is your intention on this cause it makes you look silly and unreliable as a mobile site. Sad as you were probably the most reliable of the lot.

I have used GSMArena for its in dept reviews and coverage for 2 years now regularly. But its just sad to see them stoop to an all time low doing stuns like this to affect the sales of SE.
We are not saying which brand or model is the best, but lets for once let the crowd and the manufacturers decide on the quality and the release of phones without adding to the controversy from (Nokia or Apple financed) thin air.
You don't need to exaggerate on every point, truth or make-believe. We have never seen you comment on anything out of the ordinary from other manufacturers. Then why SE? Why are you so harsh on SE.
Only Naive N0kia, B1ackBerry and 1Phone Users will rejoice with GSM Arena now. Maybe these moves are aimed at doing just that, reliazing that Nokia and 1Phone users are more that the elite SE users in the market. So, chances of getting popularity is better with them naive folks.
I am switching to "Phone Arena (dot) com" and "e s a t o (dot) com" for all my techno needs form now on.

SE official products page says
X10 - "you will be able to get x10 within 3 months"
Vivaz - "coming very soon"
i think the manufacturers decides when to release handsets depending on their market strategy in order to maximize the turnover.
we as geeks are restless to see them.
March 09th is very soon!!

i'l feel bad for SE, they always kill their phones by not getting them out there
it felt different when the X10 was showcased, it finally felt like SE where back on their feet but..
X10's a joke now, apart from timescape (which will probably ported anyway) the X10s 8MP can't save it from the plethora of Droids already out there and the ones on their way

I was browsing in the news section and I can't find anything about the February release of vivaz. I was expecting this phone will come out this march. And March is still four days away.

Give gsmarena a break everyone. If you believe gsmarena's bashing this phone, why don't you read the review. It's quite positive. And they explicitly stated that they were impressed by the panoramic shots with this phone.
Here's one omission by GSMarena though: They should have posted about the supposedly February release. Instead they just dropped a bomb telling everyone that the release of this phone will be moved when we all know for a fact that vivaz will be released in Q1. March is still Q1, isn't it?

gsmarena don't covering all mobile phone news.I hate to see this but gsmarena should pick no side and do more research. I like the the web site set up but mobile phone coverage are not good enough!

SE late as usual, they should have waited and released this with Symbian^3, but then again they’d probably be late as well and could have waited a little more and put Symbian^4 on it…….oh well…… what else is new in SE world

When Vivaz was officially announced it was clearly stated that it will be released in March...and March falls on Q1. I don't know what GSMArena is trying to pull here...

Vivaz was NOT slated for Feb release, it was March. Even when Vivaz was officially announced, SE clearly stated that it'll come in March. Now my big problem was either should I get Vivaz or X10 mini pro.
