I have ... moreLucky for you.. but as u see, there are hundreds of centers all over India and very very few gives proper service! and mostly the people sitting there (Service representative) are so arrogant as if they themselves are the owner of the company!
seriously I've never seen a worse customer support than from these indian telecom operators!
once I needed to switch around 10 of my company's numbers from postpaid to pre-paid, these useless jerks were asking for a new document proof every other day and were simply not ready to do that! out of frustration, I disconnected all their connections and went to new operator!
tackling indian telecom operators is as good as hitting your head on the wall

I just took my MINI SIM (prepaid vodafone) to a nearby cell shop, they just cut it to nano SIM (free of cost at that, they usually charge Rs.50 to do that). Job done within 5 minutes. Why is it that difficult to cut a mini or micro SIM to a nano SIM (not by yourselves, but in a local mobile shop)?

They mostly think as the way u think and even for me specs matter than external design

let apart Nano sim, my friends even faced issues to get a micro sim and he forcibly had to take a post paid connection for it.. (Since he didn't wanted to cut his sim manually and wanted a micro sim directly provided by operators)..!!
all these are cheap tricks played by big operators like Vodafone and Airtel here. if you are living in a world full of ignorance, its your problem.. not anybody else's!

Very interesting device. For me personally the only missing feature is fingerprint. May be battery could have been a little bigger. But generally, considering price point ( around $ 249 USD ), device is just great. It has almost the same features as last year Z3 Compact ( screen i even better and bigger), however, even know Z3 compact is still noticeably more expensive. OnePlus just clearly demonstrated to phone makers and customers what is the real price of devices should be...

the main selling point in oneplus x is the design. Its over beautiful design with powerful performance altough its not give the most powerful phone right now, i will buy this phone for sure

Lets see.. Mi4 same processor similar specs @ 14999 with diwali offers @ 12999 so there definetly a margin there.
Mi4c is at around 15k as per their chinese price but has sd808 if it was to be sold in india, can give it a margin of 2k.
Also One plus One, same internals as this one, is now available WITHOUT INVITE at about the same price as this one.
So, how can anyone justify purchase of this mobile ? What were they thinking? If they want to fail why are they trying so hard ?

It's just that you can use one of the sim card slot as a micro SD card. And NO, dual sim is not the most important in India. A lot of phones are single sim and they sell a lot. The fingerprint scanner is usually there in flagship phones. This is suppose to be a budget phone.
