Security-focused Tor Messenger enters beta

The Tor Project has announced the availability of the beta version of its security-focused, cross-platform chat application Tor Messenger. "There have been three previous alpha releases to the mailing lists that have already helped smooth out some of the rougher edges," the team behind the messenger said in a blog post.

Unless you were going to funny sites with it. Tor makes you anonymous, but you can download a virus like with any other browser.

        WATCH OUT !
        Tor Browser brought Cryptolocker ransomware to my computer.
        Even Anti Virus Software could not detect it.
        Tor Browser is vulnerable to viruses.
        Be careful !!!

            Anonymous, 30 Oct 2015Yet another IM app that nobody will use.Lol true in a way, I dont think the general population would use it however TOR users/lovers will use it. These people are often "ghosts" and we most likely will never know about them using it.
