The only video/preview that shows camera quality is the new unboxing video from Carphone Warehouse, and the raw samples do look really good. Cant wait for gsmarena's official review, I think this phone is gonna be a hit.

According to the reviews, Camera quality not in par with other flagships. The only thing that might influence low saling of priv. It would be such a shame for bb.

What's the different Verizon version and non Verizon version other than notification service by Verizon and Verizon name stamp somewhere near the phone?

BlackBerry with Android. I can't resist that combination. I loved the early BlackBerry's but had to give them up because of lack of apps. Now we will have the best of both worlds. I think they will sell many times their 5 million target.

It's blackberry, but deep inside still an Android. Just like Nokia X series. I've done a couple of custom rom based on CM on those. Priv might be my next target.

If you look at the specs for this phone, you can very quickly see that this is a very good value for money phone, that packs a real punch. With the benefits of the BlackBerry goodies on the latest Android OS, this ought to blow the Iphone out the water. The physical keyboard is a real time saver for sending formal messages. No more embarrassing typos. For anyone using their phone to do real work or to replace a laptop, the Priv will boost productivity. If your still sceptical, have a play with with BlackBerry Hub. It's the best connectivity, messaging and organisation tool ever, you'll never miss anything ever again.

Typing gestures on both the physical and virtual keyboards.

This is very similar to bb10

The keyboard is the only thing that's left. It's all Android and couple of Blackberry apps that can be downloaded on play store mostly. I don't know but they're going into the same path as Nokia.
