Its always fun to see the results of votes. But these votes never translate into sales - Sony dropped from top-10 smartphone makers in 2015.

With Apple you pay brand more then a real quality. What in that phone cost that much? Dual core?iPhone does not deserve to be that popular, for sure.

The problem is that many 'prefer' to buy Sony Xperia devices but then at the end of the day, thanks to the pricing, they end up buying smartphones from other brands.
If I have to pick a phone, I would pick Z5 Premium or Z5 over GS6 etc but at the end of the day, I would go buy other phones. Z5 costs atleast 10-15k INR more than GS6 in India (200$ atleast) and it costs 2.5x OnePlus Two.

I owned it a coupLe days befone and even my friends who owns the Latter - they were JAWDROPPING on seeing my SMARTphone .!!

Mobilize their bot votes? Yeah, seen that. Sony fans seem to be the most loyal bot voters. Sale numbers never show similar love, though.

LOL too many samsung and apple fans here butthurting. let me guess:
1. S6/IP6s wins poll - see? our phone is the BEST!
2. Z5 wins poll - that's wrong! our phone is the most POPULAR, ours should have won!
conclusion: them butthurt fans don't know the difference between "best" and "popular".
if it was then the best car in the world would be a cheap subcompact, not a sportscar.

I find it very interesting that Sony's market share is a small single digit percentage, while here the majority of people are fans of them. People love the underdog. That's how HTC also came to be, and what Samsung was against Apple. Then once a brand becomes popular, people move away from it.

Since Z5 launched recently, Sony fans are crawling all over internet praising their sony xperia z5.
Although it is a nice phone, I would have voted for s6 simolay because I love super amoled display.
