Looks very nice, though frames are quite bulky for today's standards. 13 Mpix with OIS sounds promising, but let's wait for the final release and first impressions. Hopefully it will be released worldwide, especially HTC wants to rebound and strongly needs a well-selling device (which Desire 828 surely can be). Of course we have to expect it will be a bit pricier outside the China, though after all it looks as a good bang for maybe not so little, but still a buck.

I agree with estel, plus, their head of designs should go back to sketch up better design concepts, for instance with the new designs they have brought up with the 'A9',i don't see them making it to the 'Top Dogs' soon, that design doesn't speak 'Premium' at all, like what i use to take 'HTC' for.

      2 TB micro SD ....WTF???

Can someone explain that to me?? That how to heck is that possible???

Not interested as already bought the A9. But I wonder what the dimensions of this desire unit is. It does have a resemblance to the very successful One S and One X body which were and still are very smart designs in hand.

Looks like the camera is the only major difference with the 826.

if 255 in China, god knows how scarily much it would be, if ever launched, in ROW! hTC cannot compete with the local kings in China, not with these prices.

Pretty good specs for a midranger but a little bit pricey also no android marshmallow and no fingerprint scanner
Huawei honour X5 much better choice with sd616 and fingerprint scanner on the back same as the mate S real quick also supports quick charge 3.0 and cheaper than desire 828

                  Revived htc one x
