OnePlus introduces new warranty program for its European and Indian customers

With an aim to improve its customer support and services, Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus has announced a new smartphone warranty program in collaboration with Simplesurance and B2X for its customers in Europe and India, respectively - the former is offering a service called On-Guard, while the latter's offerings include OnePlus Service2 and Protect2.

      well first arrange better facilities to support normally damaged phones in the first place... one of the major flaws for which I would never buy a OnePlus in India is their way too poor customer support! they need more service centers.. there are only a few in major cities which is absolutely absurd for a nation this big!
