And i just dont see how this can be bad for the consumers? I see promotions like this more consumer friendly/helpful than constant emoji updates.

Not good discount considering that note 5 and s6 edge + are already discounted regularly (100$ off) less than one month after its release. If i was any of those said iphone/samsung owners, i'd better off resale myself.

This is funny. Aren't Oneplus doing the same thing? I think Iphone also doing the same thing. It is a business trend now.
