Anonymous, 07 Nov 2015seems to be interesting but there is no fingerprint sensor ... moreWhat's so important with fingerprint sensors ?

Make the device using these specs, use a cool design, make the price right, and you will have success.

Doubtful it would have SD820 with that price tag, most likely heliox20

First HTC phone that caught my attention and managed to hold it for at least a minute. If that 64GB/128GB can be further expanded with a microSD card and the camera and battery endurance are good it'll be a winner. Better than any Samsung releases from this year.

          The specs look promising..

Hopefully this will be the flagship HTC needs. That 23MP sensor is sounding a lot like the one on the new Xperia Z5 series so hopefully photography will be a strong point finally on a HTC device.

Decent. . the first HTC phone im starting to admire. . . lost all those bezel cheeks. . . off screen capactive buttons (hope it does have on screen option as in OPO) . . .boom speakers. . . 2k display (4k is overkill as in Z5 with a small battery). . .snapdragon 820. . metal body. . 3500 mah, fingers crossed that this wont look buldgy as the one series. . . and all the white except those stereo speakers, it does looks like a sammy. . .

this model look better than A9

AnonD-265341, 07 Nov 2015Isn't 2K just FHD?2K is slightly more than FHD. However, it's abused a lot and a lot of articles(including this one) mean QHD as 2k. QHD is technically closer to 2.5K.

dunno what htc is doing...but they need to think seriously before they act...otherwise they will be GONE like Nokia ....
or they can sell the HTC to ASUS,atleast the potential ASUS can go ahead like a representative of Taiwan in this technology sector...
                                      no offence btw...
