Google Maps now lets you customize locations with colorful stickers. it'll be much easier to differentiate between those favorite locations.

Here maps are kind of less accurate than Google maps....will be better if Google include this offline feature in Windows 10

here maps is better imo, google maps is...unstable, gimmicky, and making unnecessary heating problem on my phone (my latest and current android phone is galaxy grand 2, but it's sitting on my shelf most of the time now though, I mostly use my lumia 640 xl now...), in conclusion, google maps is good but kind of unreliable most of the time, especially on old device (my galaxy grand 2 is 1 year old, not that old right?). Is it just me or anyone else have the same complaints?

Google Maps, welcome to 1992 (when Tom Tom offline navigation was created).
Now, it would be great to add much better POI (Point Of Interest) support, such as speed radar, the very first concern for many city drivers (and many others), in order to evolve from 1992 to 2003.
As last step, your one billion users would appreciate if they could run Google Maps without lags even when have less then 4 CPU cores in their smartphone.

It's so funny how Google Maps was bad, then became kind of good, then suddenly started regressing, even after they bought Israeli company Waze.

seems good needs to be bit better but doesnt compare to maps like nokias
i dont like nokia myself as they were copy cats of past just like apple is now but their maps were great though and are even better now
if anything that should be followed from nokia's example are their apps they built themselves
and with nokias map app on google play this seems redundant change,i think they should have pushed this update further so they could include more features

The problem is that these offline maps get expired very quickly and I have to re download them every time.

                                      All maps or some regions?
