There are already rumors floating around that the SD-820 is prone to overheating issues... just not on the same scale as the SD-810 --- Case point being the SD-820 cannot accommodate let alone process a 12 core GPU ...

You need to know one thing , Apple uses measly 750p / 1080p screens on their phones...while Samsung flagships uses a 2K screen or as the rumors suggests their would be a 4K screen on Galaxy S7...!
So the resolution of the screen affects on the performance of the GPU...!
If u really want to compare both the GPUs , then the fair comparison would be both the phones having the Same resolution displays...which i don't think it's gonna happen...!

this is what i always hated about Hisilicon and mediatek chips.
they always underpower the GPU
Now why didnt kirin-950 employ Mali-T880 MP12 or MP8???

Will be very interesting to see how they stack up. Which ever comes out on top though, I think all three are going to be great performers.

Its not worlds first..
Its first for samsung to have integrated lte chips for their home grown processors.. they used to add the modem chip seperately, thats why 3g countries had exynos phones and lte countries had snapdragon phones ( snapdragon processors have them integrated )

Still this could mean that the sole reason samsung started using snapdragon processors is now gone..
It might just go with its processor for whole world but thats still a hunch.. only future shall tell us how the story unravels..;)

Whatever chip comes out on top gets the praise, but I really don´t care whichever does, because I don´t have any shares in either Qualcomm or Samsung, so it really doesn´t benefit me in any way.
I do love tech and I´m looking forward to see what Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890 brings to the table in 2016, no matter which one is better in which area.
