YouTube Music app now out for Android and iOS with free 14-day trial of premium features

The YouTube Music app that was announced last month alongside the YouTube Red subscription service is now live in both the iTunes App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android.

On Blackberry, you can simply play youtube on the background... music keeps playing and you lock your phone and work out.

    Been using this app and find that there's no point using this app. What it offers are the basic things YouTube should provide without any stupid subscription. And it doesn't do anything new or great, we've been doing this with Xposed Modules since long. It's like not providing a basic necessity and then asking for a subscription to avail that. NO USE

        thought this would at least let you play music in the backround without youtube red.

              well it is good for artist but ...not that good for end users at the end i hope google / youtube dont ban the current videos or even worst remove the sound on music videos ...
