Please come back with some proper reasons why the Note 5 is better, but the truth you don't have any reason for the Note 5 being better. It's Z5 Premium that's the best device out right now.

I set up samsungs on a daily basis, and they crash and freeze a lot, sony on the other hand rarley has these issues as it uses stock andriod.

Your comment don't makes sense here, Note 5 superior in ever aspect when comparing to Sony Z5 (even premium) Best display, this 4K display won't come close to AMOLED on Note 5, at the moment Note 5 have best SoC(in android), new design better build(thats subjective). its great camera too. reviews says Z5 camera is great but its slow and sometimes inconsistent. software on both are okay, though Note 5 seems to have more features. In Android world best android Phone will go to Note 5 or Nexus 6P, i highly doubt Z5 premium will come even at 3rd.

Got the name tag Sony Xperia Z5 Premium 4K in my country, and price 870/1050€. But thats just first 2 out of ~66 stores + price will drop with time for sure. Now its priced abou the same as iPhone6s+,S6+,note5 that are here some time already, while it got more (23)Mp,(32+++)GB,(800)ppi. I consider even that price adequate.

But gotta admit that the Z3+ has got premium build materials and better build quality than an LG. LG G4 phones are more ergonomic but are cheaply made and lacks that premium finish. Sony phones always have good build quality.

BEside, Sony gave its phone business 1 year to make profit or they will sell it... so, Sony still remains. Some company will buy their phone business anyway. If that happens, i onl hope that those phones will be cheaper.
