I have just counted 13 levels to the zoom with full text justification in both portrait and landscape mode. Opera is best on non touchscreen phones with small screens.

I posted a couple of days ago about this not having pinch to zoom.
the think is its actually the best browser out there as it is stupidly quick when loading pages. pinch to zoom would be nice but its not needed as it auto zooms in on texts and justifies it perfectly. hopfully when it comes out of beta the short comings will be fixed.

Tried the new opera for android. Opera was very impressive 2 or 3 years ago. But now it is inferior to the built in android browser. Total lack of flash is a dissapointment. The android browser has some flash support. Better zoom control and very good text reflow.
