Anonymous, 17 Nov 2015IPhone 4s one of the Best cells I've owned. 4S was the last of the truly great iPhones. The rest were necessary and overdue updates. Having a 6s now doesn't give the same value as having a 4s then.

Very silly. They could just shave off the bezels of iPhone instead of creating iPhone mini. Seriously, what's the point of the ultra thick bezels, so that they can fit the antiquated home button?
You can simulate it by force touch, there's no need for it. Shave it off along with the thick bezels... and voila you have a 4.7 incher almost the size of iPhone 5s (just look at moto x)

Right there is the reason HTC is failing. Why release 20 different models, where you can barely tell the difference between all of them?
If HTC would have made models as mentioned below, they would have had far less issues, and would have a higher operating margin. Variations eat up operating margin, because you need additional production line, or changes to a production line to keep the variations going.
High End
One mini (4.5"), One (5"), One+ (5.5") - Latest High End Chipsets, Qualcomm only!
Mid End
{someName} mini (4.5"), {someName} (5") - Mid End Chipsets.
Low End
{someName} (4.5") - Low end chipsets
With just 6 models, each focusing on it's own segment, the entire market is covered. And stop using sensors from some vague vendors. Every manufacturer and their grandmother is using Sony sensors! Pay an extra 10$ per phone and suddenly you don't have a phone with a flawed camera. Poor reviews tend to have a negative effect on sales quantity.

Wow.. And that would be so adorable to look at. Curve design on a small package... Just wow!
Current models are so huge to look at.. If i were to buy a large phone i would by lg g4 or lgv10 coz of the screen size ratio..
Anyway i would buy apple phone again if the screen size of that iphone 5s' body will increase and not to mention the curve design.

Thats great, a 5s with A8 and NFC for Apple Pay is the perfect phone. Hope they will not mess it up and make it thinner than 5s, or have the superlame cheap rounded lame samsung sides of iPhone 6.

iPhone 5s is the best iPhone I have ever owned and to this day is my main phone. Processor is fast, camera is great, awesome size, screen is decent, and I refuse to let it go for a bigger iPhone. The iPhone 4S was actually great too but after the update of iOS7 it really became horrid, however it became manageable on iOS8 and 9.. but it cant handle the OS as it hangs up a lot something the 5s has not done to me ever.
The iPod Touch 5th Gen is pretty weak software-wise. And the 6th Gen cannot measure up to the 5s. Was never a fan of the 5c, but when it comes time to upgrade from the iPhone 5s, I sincerely hope this 6c iPhone will look like the 5s and work like the 5s which is awesome
