Google Fit update brings support for strength training, real-time stats

The latest version of Google Fit, which started rolling out yesterday to Android devices that have it installed, brings with it some interesting new features. These have been detailed by Google today.

    I wonder who has use for this. Being an athlete training for future olympics, I can tell you that we use very different ways to log activity. The exact number of push ups you have done a certain year is quite irrelevant to your shape.

        But Mehr I have the gear s2. And at least it check my plus once a day with out me telling it to do so. Wish it would do it more often, even if it meant least battery like the apple watch

            How is it going to track push ups if your wrist is more or less stationary? Do you have to clap after each one?
