There should be two Rankings 1 for Samsung Phones and Other for rest....hope it will make sense...so that we can see other phones as well not only just Samsung...

Phones with larger amounts of fans wouldn't necessarily generate more views for their pages and thus won't garner too much popularity as the fans (unless they're incredibly hardcore and they visit the GSMA page for the phone 5000 times a day), especially in such small amounts as 490 people don't make too much of a difference.
Also phones CAN generate a lot of traffic without having any fans 'cause people can visit the page and just not click to become a fan because you need to create an account and sign in to do it. In addition, most consumers just looking to read up on a phone probably won't have an opinion as they are just checking it out as a buying option and don't have it in hand. Others that later buy those phones, even if they love them, probably won't comeback just to become a fan of the phone on some random website. Even I, a person who frequents the site, haven't become a fan of any phone as I find the process of making an account to be too much of a hassle.

I look at this chart and see something like Sony Xperia Z5 490 fans, Apple iPhone 6s 406 fans, Motorola Moto G 340 fans, Oneplus X 216 fans. And then I look at some of the Samsung smartphones in this chart and I see J5 105 fans and J2 30 fans. So my conclusion is that while nobody really likes this phones, they keep up creeping in top 10 most popular phones, week after week.
I wonder if I would start making dummy requests for let's say Oneplus X, Redmi Note 2 or any other smartphone that I like I could pop it up to something like number 2,3 or even 1. In my opinion the number of views for some of the Samsung phones are let's say suspicious.
