HD2 wont be upgradable because it has 5 hardware buttons, the max windows 7 is supposed to handle is 3. The HD2 was designed with unaccessible RAM in preperation for windows 7, so the hardware specs are all up to scratch except the 2 extra buttons :(

Isnt the htc slogan supposed to be "quietly brilliant"? why is it stated as "simply powerful"? Seriously, i think the HD3 is totally a FAKE.

I dont't know about a htc hd 3 but them specs could be true because at MWC qualcomm were showing off prototype devices with crazy processors and which had really crazy specs. The thing is that they were all android based. Source - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBZcD-IqefY
Also in the leaked HTC roadmap there is supposedly a device known as the htc scorpion which will have a 1.5 ghz dual core qualcomm processor.
So I think this is true.

I heard (from MobileCrunch) that the reason that the HD2 won't get Mobile 7 is because it doesn't have the right hardware buttons.. Yeah, I know, stupid reason.

                                      Dear HTC Engineer,

Now that it's official there's no upgrade for HD2, can you please reqork that sense UI a bit, say dump in there some really cool stuff to max out the current goodies HD2 has to offer?

                                      Thank you.

PS: HD3 exists...the faster you release a teaser marketing campaign, the better for your company to be crowned maker of the most innovative smartphone EVER!!
