When I see people with a Blackberry, it's either they are forced to (a company phone, but they themselves have iPhone/Android personal phone), or they are Indonesian (literally the only country left with consumer-demand for BB).

AnonD-51738, 24 Nov 2015After having 10 days with it, Worst phone and all useless... moreYou bought it from AT&T? They are the first to start selling them and also T-Mobile. Price tag of $699 absolutely absurd. Slider keyboard and curved screen doesn't justify the price. Fortunately, they have Schneider Kreuznach camera lens and Samsung Knox for an excuses; which admitedly would be expensive for licensing price purpose. The rest just terrible. Go buy these instead:

                64 GB iPhone 6S ($749)

                16 GB iPhone 6S Plus ($749)

                128 GB Nexus 6P ($649)

                32 GB Samsung Galaxy Note 5 ($699 from T-Mobile)

64 GB Motorola Moto X Pure Edition ($499)

Real business people still use Blackberry or have used them for a long time.

This one had a shortest life in my hands 18 hours. Think a hundred times before you buy it. Not practical at all! I am sorry may be I love blackberry for nostalgic reasons.

Sure DTEK is intended to tell you if something IS wrong, but the crucial thing of not allowing an app access to more than you want in the first place, seems first to be integrated with 6.0. (Sure you could limit some things on rooted variants even on older Android).

...And as several have stated, the pricing seems pretty steep. But again as there is no competition, I do understand that they give it a (greedy) shot - I for one is definitely tempted, I would love to replace my Ios device with something less bad, I currently hold my horses to see if we get something with a somehow nationalized keyboard for Denmark/Norway.

If BB is so great why didn't it make money selling its phones with a proper os and then had to switch to an amateurish work in progress os by the name of Android? And what makes you guys think this is not just pent up demand which will fizzle out in a few months? And as for the much vaunted keyboard, BB were still selling the Q10, Q5 as well as many other multi button wonders. And yes, Priv is far too expensive.
