25 November, 2015
The much-rumored device is supposed to be Nokia's first after having sold its smartphone business to Microsoft.

Nokia sold their business to Microsoft. That is true but after 2016 Nokia can use its name on mobile phones again and MS cant. That is why new lumia's have Microsoft branding instead of Nokia.

If Nokia release a good and high-end android phone I will definitely back to Nokia. Nokia considered the best mobile company compared to other big bosses like Apple/Samsung. Nokia is the 1 contribute most to charity eventhough their finance power is much lower than Apple/Samsung.

Nokia quality always the best. But really can't get used to their Window operating system on mobiles. Hope they can at least having a good Android phone.

Welcome back Nokia, It is a good decision that you are going into production now to bring more devices. I would love to see you bring the Lumia 1030 McLaren with exclusive windows OS. Android has always been a crap in terms of battery efficiency and some of the apps that slows off the system. Even though the Windows OS lacks a lot of apps, They are better in terms of UI, power management and ease of access. Best Regards !!!

I hope these renders are genuine. Really like the design, simple but elegant with thin side bezels and relatively slim top and bottom bezels. If its a flagship high end phone running Android 6.0 with SD820 or Exynos 8890 and 4GB RAM then Nokia's got my money.

Can't believe they did this, it's too confusing for consumers. I mean, now after 1-2 years Nokia will make again a Windows Phone, very weird.

Watching a phone with Nokia's brand makes my heart beat fast.
Nokia still has that unknown magic.
Microsoft just destroyed everything great came from Nokia.
I bet Nokia will become again the largest smartphone manufacturer in a couple of years.

People have always wanted Nokia to chose Android instead of Mr Elops & Microsofts Windows software, but with the C1 offering both, will people be able to Customize the C1 or will it be the Tiles layout with Windows 10,as thats what put people off giving Windows any Chance,Hope in 2016 Nokia can produce some Top Class Premium Android phones and compete again with Samsung

Would be great to be dual boot, but i think thats just geek day dreaming..
But what really matters is to be a HIGH end device, not a crappy mid, like Sammy and HTC roll out every few days. The market is flooded with mid phones that nobody buys.
If it's HIGH end and runs Android, I will buy it as soon as its out!

Apps and what some may whine about aside, Windows Phone is the most reliable, simple, fluent, and undemanding OS on the market. The prove is that even older, low spec and small-battery phones run it like a charm! I'd like to see how Marshmallow or Lollipop will "run" on a single/double core phone with 500mb of RAM.
