What is wrong with Asus particularly when it come to zoom. Waited a year for this product and yet only to be launch in Taiwan. Unreasonably took a year only to make 3x optical zoom to a 5mm thickness. Others brands are far ahead preparing and launching something unthinkable. I gave up Asus.....Lost my patience.

I believe Lumia 950 is better now. 1020 has large sensor, but 950 will make better pictures most of the time.

I work in the phone shop for over 4 years and I think that the best camera especially if it comes to low light and artificial light conditions will be iPhone despite the fact that I am not even a fan of them but that's my opinion.

That is a clever design. No wonder they can keep the phone that thin even with 3x optical zoom. To me the quality of the phone camera is a very important consideration when I buy a smartphone. I don't carry a phone and camera with me everywhere I go. With a quality phone camera like this one, I can keep the DSLR only for special occasions.

I am really interested why they delayed this unit, hardware issues perhaps that needs fixing or supply shortage? Cause if this is a marketing strategy then they should really get a new team.

If im gonna buy a point and shoot smartphone. I'll definetly get the 41mp lumia 1020, with cheaper price. IMO

Z3590 nice, will wait and compare with Zen 3 specs. A worthy upgrade for Zen 6.

Delay for 1 whole year!!! Asus, u better cancel it... Official camera samples really look great, but who can justify that they are really captured with Zenfone Zoom?

IMO very late already.. A lot of new phones already out in the market like Lenovo Vibe shot or Huawei honor 7 or Sony M5 etc. I was very excited when it was first announced but lost interest due to late launch.
