Not protruding camera - means smaller sensor, wich means worse Dynamic Range, worse high ISO sensivity and overall crappy images.

We now see what foundation was laid by the Galaxy Alpha. These are great phones, and the A5 looks like a mostly upgrade from the Galaxy S5...these phones typically have great battery, the A series I mean. But I am still looking forward to the S7. I likely will be going from Z3C to S7, as holding the S6 in store was great and compact feeling. Having a curved screen by default would be great, but I prefer the 2.5D glass instead, while putting the curve on the back edges ala Note 5.

Hope they will release a sucessor for Alpha.. A high end 4.7 inch phone.

Payment and long-battery-lasting beast. This will sell well. Actually it's hard to find a brand with long lasting battery,big screen &great specs besides Samsung.

AnonD-451338, 02 Dec 2015A3 would be nicer for a 2GB RAMI wished Samsung would have done the new A3 more powerful. They are no real competition for the Z3C/Z5C in the below 5" size range. I hope other brands will follow SONY's idea of making compact flagships.

The A3 looks like a decent option now for a low budget.
The A5 can now successfully compete with the Chinese Xiaomi cheap but decent quality phones.

I think the chromed earphone receiver is a Samsung trademark since we found it on the first generation Galaxy phone. They should redesign it, I mean it.
The bezel of the phone is narrow, but is it strong enough to protect the screen from drop damage? did they use the composite material to make the frame or simply metal?

Ugh! I just bought a Galaxy Note 3. The A7 2016 seems good enough to make me pick it over the former.

Not to even talk of Samsung high-end phone(Galaxy S7...), These are the best line-lineup from Samsung 2016. Even Sammys midranger is far far advanced in terms of features, quality and of course pricing (even though the price is not known) than the so called IPHONE 6+...

Right, regular specs at premium price, again. Topped with an already deprecated OS so the users will rejoice during fall 2016 when Samsung starts sending Marshmallow to them.
