How comes these phone are never sold in the US. I don't get it. So what If its not in big demand. We get low end phones release on prepaid wireless all the time. This need to change. You should be able to buy any phone any where and work wherever you are at.

huawei ascend y511-u30 has MTK6572 chipset coupled with a 512MB RAM and it does what it does infact its 2 years running and it performs well and this one maybe you need a closer look buy the device use it before anything else

I don't understand why they didn't put Kirin 925 inside this phone, or some other Kirin. Why MTK? I like that Huawei is making its own SOCs, why not use them?
