why?, 03 Dec 2015is there something wrong with shock-proof or soap-proof? ... moreYes, I'm a little offended by the feature. Its the same as telling us we all own filthy dirty smartphone that need to be wash. Unless we buy this new washable phone. If I can throw this thing in the washing machine or the dish washer it would be more impressive. But I am also hating on the price with that budget/mid range specs. $465 for 5inch 720p smartphone? Who in the right mind eant to buy this overpriced smartphone? Moto G 3rd Gen is better than this. I also highly doubt there will be update from this brand. I never heard of Kyocera before.

In Japanese press, soapy water has a higher osmotic pressure than normal one…
And this press named "Press For Japanese Mother" , all of Japanese uses more water when they wash dishes and bodies than European and American…

Read and learn Sammy and Apple!
Too bad the device is a mid ranger. Otherwise i would have bought it..
This is why i went with Sony instead of Sammy: waterproof and sd card.
I find it quite stupid to pay 1000 euros on a phone that dies if one or two drips of water touches the corners or the usb port.
In my opinion, a phone is a flagship only if it contains the two specifications i mentioned above. If not, it's just another mid..
People used to mock the Japanese for making weird phones and now everyone loves them or their phones are based on their technology or ideas.
                  Bravo!
