I'm currently using one of his firmwares on my Omnia HD and besides speed, the free space on my C: drive have increased from a mere 10 MB to a whopping 105 MB!! You read it right!

              Cheers!

Dude, I hate iPhone!!! and so I hate anything that copies it's ridiculous "ugly mess-icon" UI, including Samsung Wave, i9000 etc... by the end of the year all these Samsung phones will look identical (nothing special) - BORING IMO!!

So, you want manufacturers to make different interfaces for every single phone they launch to keep it "unique"? Wow!

What's unique about Nokia's S60v3 phones? Same interface on a variety of models, mid-range to high-end. What's unique about the Android phones? Again, the same interface on every model. What's unique about the iPhone 3GS? Same interface carried over from the first iPhone. No phone manufacturer makes "unique" interfaces. If you find it boring that they don't, you're better off switching to a landline.

Lastly, you can ditch the Apple marketing. Nobody's going to travel three years into the past to get an iPhone, because the iPhone pales in comparison to the Galaxy S. An Android-powered phone with a 4-inch, brilliant SUPER-AMOLED screen (check out the videos to appreciate it; still they don't do justice), DivX/xViD support, a 5-megapixel autofocus camera, etc. are an experience the iPhone just cannot give you.

Copied interface, yes; quite similar to the iPhone, but experience-wise, much, much better.

                            Hmmm..

                            Specs of Wave: 1Ghz Cortex A9, 5mp, 720p video, BT 3.0, 800x480, VGA front video, Wifi-N

                            Specs of i9000: 1Ghz Cortex A9, 5mp, 720p video, BT 3.0, 800x480, VGA front video, Wifi-N

-Only- difference I can see is that i9000 has Class 12 GPRS & faster HUSPA over the Wave.. so it would seem the internal board is identical... so how long till we see an Android ROM for the Wave? :) :) :)

Wave is perfection. 720p video, dvix, xvid, beautiful screen,
                                  smooth os. perfection.
the galaxy's design is too boring.

While Samsung is finally improving their software (looks like this will run smoother), they r also getting closer to turning into CHEAP china production, with absolutely NO CREATIVITY!!! Copying 3 year-old iPhone interface, and putting this on every single upcoming phone whether it's BADA or Android, so they ALL LOOK IDENTICAL. Where's uniqueness in that?? BORING

People, who decide to buy these phone (Wave/Beam/i9000/,...) might as well travel 3 years into the past and GET AN iPhone!! don't waste ur life

Okay, it will play divx. But what about xvid? I think xvid is the more popular codec used now a days.
