Yes!! There is option to move apps to SD card, Go to Settings>General>Application Manager>Tab on app here you will see the option to move to SD CARD

Nice .. I have updated my Note 3 Neo today in to 5.1.1 .. it seems all are fine now

guys update from 4.4.1 to 5.1.1 causes lots of problem.Am using note 4 and even note 6 crashes after Update.Please not go for it.
