They are copying previous version and xbox interface. The widget in OSX is copying Konfabulator. Spotlight is a copy of Google Desktop Search/MSN Toolbar Suite. iPod is also a result of copying as others had made Mp3 players long before them. The ebook in iPad is copying Amazon Kindle. The Powerbook is copying Toshiba who firstly made laptops... Should I continue?

Microsoft make's maney with copys, even MS-DOS is copy of DR-DOS, Windows 1.0 is Copy of Mac Lisa, etc... lol

                              That really sucks about no custom UIs. I say HTC should continue use of Windows Mobile 6 and Android until Microsoft rids it's Apple-like behavior.

                                Microsoft and their ridiculous rules. Now copying Symbian with three buttons only phones. Hasn't Microsoft copied from others enough.

                                Why don't they try that with Desktop OSes. Will make them worse than Apple. So Sense is for Android only. Or HTC decides to make Symbian ones.

                                    scoopyscoopy, 27 Mar 2010yeah, imac.. how about your iphone.. do they look different... moreim not an iphone user n not an iphone fan boy haha u got it wrong but apple might need to change the way their ui looks to just brinh a new feel but there is nothing really wrong with the way their ui works it was true innovation because up to now many manufacturers are trying to catch up with the iphone os the last time i heard nokia's upcoming new os will be bringing features like multitouch n pinch zooming which r features that the 1st iphone had but in terms of hardware apple r startimg to fall behind very quick because samsung cant cease to amaze us and lg are quite doing well n without forgeting nokia who are eager to top the specs sheet again since the legendary n95 in my opinion i'm just excited on hw the phone market has just turned out to be so competitive with every company aiming to increase their.market share it might serve us consumers well
