The Indian market is a fools' paradise when it comes to consumers. When it comes to greedy unfaithful outlaw products and manufacturers -- it's a paradise again.

Ever since Samsung announced the BADA-OS Wave phone, the Indian media got literally flooded with BlackBerry ads. Ever since Toyota started getting lawsuits, the Indian media got flooded with Toyota commercial campaigns. Despite of selling exploding batteries and hazardous AC wall-chargers, Nokia is still the best selling cell brand here in India.

Bottom line : Before you start feeling decadant with joy because of the launch of this phone first in the Indian market, I would request -- no, BEG -- you to re-think the facts. Don't get carried away with marketing hype -- aka EyeWash.

Edb, 01 Apr 2010Windows Mobile does not support capacitive touchscreen. What? Of course Windows Mobile supports capacitive. I had a windows phone from China back in 2006 with capacitive touchscreen. Just because Phone making brands that use Windows Mobile choose resistive for their customers who are mainly professional people, doesn't mean that it doesn't support capacitive.

Someone started that stupid rumor and i don't know how it spread among common people.

Windows Mobile users prefer resistive cause most are professionals that work with the phone a lot, you are not always in situation where you can or want to touch the screen with your hands.

You are often in a hurry and need accurate fast pointing and tapping on the screen when on internet without having to zoom the pages all the time.

Or you might be in working invoirment where your hands are dirty, like a contractor, industrial personel, building labourers etc etc.. or you might be some yuppy in suit trying to have lunch and do stuff on the phone at the same time on the table etc.

Thats a good deal, devices like HTC still running WinMo6.5 this sounds to be a worthy consideration...
