Apple just upgraded the phone to what other brands had in 2005, i know it's never to late, but this is to funny.
Backgrounding is not multitasking. Multitasking is when you have different apps open and running as full shortcuts multiscreens when using other apps.
Long live Apple and their nonsense! Circus and rip-off deluxe!

multi tasking seems kinda stupid, they should have of made a board with the open apps like meamo now that would be an epic way of multi task

These features would have been around without Symbian anyway, because it's a normal prerequisite for an OS nowadays (not necessarily mobile IMO). Now that the iphone has them, it's wrong I suppose?

NO-ONE says that. You're just reading the news and putting it into your head that Apple are unoriginal, just as HTC, SE, NOKIA, SAMSUNG, all replicate each others technology and ideas. Look at the N95, and then look at the phones that followed it.

So far, Multitasking and Folderised Menus, Isnt both of these copied from Symbian. Well partially copied in case of Multitasking, Symbian does it fully while Apple only runs a fraction of the app.

So according to the update, It is not real full function multitasking like on a PC or a Symbian. Only a fraction of the app will be running.

reading that its got 100 new features sounds great but thats until you look at the list of new features, some of these were even on feature phones years ago. i dont hate the iphone am just against all the rubbish hype.
