Marshmallow is working fine now in moto g3 ...but you have to factory reset after update that is the only solution to all problems...enjoy marshmallow be updated..

Take back up from phone to SD card. After that remove it from phone.
2- apply factory reset and for satisfaction apply two times.
3- put sim card with net into phone and update with marshmallow -download & install.
5-then you have no any issues related to marshmallow OS system.
Your mobile will work smooth and effective from before.

My mobile running smooth and good after marshmallow updating. All apps are working smoot, have no problem on them.
For updation your mobile:-
1- back up all data to memory card and remove it from mobile.
2- factory reset from setting-back up option.for confirm can do factory reset two tuning, then download & install marshmallow and follow new Android's condition.
3- insert sim card with net. Then I sure you have no problem with marshmallow and enjoy it.

solution is here :
u need to reset the phone by any of these methods:
1. settings -> factory reset
2. recovery mode reset.
3. by online : go to android device manager and sign in to your google account. you will get option to reset your phone there. make sure your phone is connected to wifi.

Who ever is facing problems after marshmallow update, now be happy bcz all u are going to get ride of all the issues
After updating 6.0.1 go to factory data reset and perform a factory reset and see the magic that all issue have been solved. First solve ur issues Thsn thank to me :p
