I have got a software update recently on my moto g2. After the upgrade 3g is not working for me. I tried with both the sim slots, no luck. Same sim works fine on a different phone. Any suggestions

The same problem with my phone. Yesterday I updated to 6.0.1 android version Spain and afterwards whenever I get a call I can not hear the tone and it's impossible for me to hear the other side voice unless you use the handsfree speaker. This makes me think it's a software failure.
Motorola, please work on a patch in order to solving this problem, otherwise the phone is useless.

my phone got updated but its not going to home screen, it just keeps loading and has been for hours as if its been turning on for hours. I tried restarting it and even erasing everything and it isn't working...please help

Hold Volume and then Power for 2 mins. Mine had same problem. Holding Vol & power got me to boot screen and from there all is good.

I tried pressing power + volume down button for 30 seconds and it brings me to a boot menu, press start icon and all good shortly after that. That means back to normal.

Hi everyone.
I have the same issue as well. Power button, volume down button not working which means so much less control over the phone. Plus, charging indicator is having issue.
But I have few tips which can tackle the problem at this stage.
To lock phone, change your setting to shortest time of phone staying awake and lock screen.
To unlock, either having it wake up with notification when you move it, or use moto g3 side turns 2 times to activate camera, then press home and go to unlocking screen.
To control volume (well, mine still having volume up working), just press volume up and drag the bars on screen to control.
For changing, even though it's not showing charging, it is still charging, just plug in and let it be until it is full.
Please help if anyone has any proper solutions to resolve the Android update issue.
