1 month after updating suddenly I pon switch off...then it's home button app shows button..notification slide pattern match lock does not working plzz help me

after updating to 6.0.1
problems am facing are
1.No screen lock option
2.No Pull down notification
3.and the major thing is cant recieve any calls! :(

I am very disappointed with moto g3 earphone quality and mobile earphone plug in jack,I connected the earphone for listening the music but when I removed the earphone from phone then the half metal part of earphone is left inside the mobile jack and my earphone and jack did not working now...
Also disappointed with the services when I went to the service centre he replied me plz left your mobile phone from 12 days because it takes 12 days to repair and amount to paid is 1200/- such a horrible service which I cannot expect from the Motorola company.

After updating to 6.0.1 my phone started responding abruptly. Its touch doesn't respond at times and software hangs. Is there any solution for this ?

After starting the phone it take more time (showing 30..29...28.....1...sec. to wait) after updating 6.0.1

Its me again ...after the sound was totally gone ...i factory reset it..the sound was stil not there so i went to sound & notification and to other sound and off the vibrate on touch,touch sound, and few and then turn it on..then the sound came back ....and today the same thing happen and i did the same ...an the sound was back again....so what i think is a software problem....so if the android guys are getting this can u just fix it by giving a update on this problem..

Update was okey. Got some new features like turning on data from notification bar itself(in lollypop it took 2-3steps). Sd card can be converted as internal and usage of ram and battery usage etc is shown more clearly in mah. But the problem i face is the battery backup.its getting drained faster than before. Wifi is using the most part. I switched it of completely even the advanced options i have disabled..still it uses the maximum part of battery. So far its the only drawback I've faced.

updated 6.0.1 ..aftet few days when charging the phone i power up the phone but it went off totally and i try to power on the phone but it won't ...so after few try the power was on .and i charged it full..when i try to watch videos the sound is gone ...nothing no sound of any. ..and yes touch is a little bit sloppy too..
