AT&T Lumia 950 now available for $0 down

If you're planning to purchase the AT&T variant of the Microsoft Lumia 950 flagship smartphone, you'll be glad to know that Amazon is now offering the device for zero down. Of course, you'll have to sign a regular, two-year contract with the carrier.

Continuum is my most used feature. Pics are excellent from cam. I m satisfied and the scope for improvement is aptly provisioned with great hardware and when os gets polished i don't see a problem. Is there a problem?

      Microsoft still haven't enabled notifications for App updates on W10M. Whenever there is a new app update, we only get to know of it on Twitter. Even they get to know of a new update if someone tell them after manually checking.

      I already checked if there is a problem with sounds.


      W10M OS is still in beta.

        No... You don't have to check manually for app updates, and no... There are hardly any app crashes.

        Sounds like you got a faulty device. What you write is not normal for the 950 nor XL.

          You don't get a notification sound when you receive a mail. And most of the time email won't get auto updated if the device is not connected to wifi.

          You have to manually check store for app updates. Lot of app crashes. OS is still beta.

I have a Lumia 525 ... moreSadly lumia 525 isn't the hardware to test w10, even though it was a strong point to promote w10. You must wait for a stable os version for such hardware. But I feel it works like a cake in my lumia 950. Forget about reviews. I can quote a hundred pro and con reviews for w10. At the end the day its the choice of people.

                      darknite, 29 Dec 2015Do you own one? I own one and I'm glad to have it.No I don't own a new 950, 950xl or 550. I have a Lumia 525 with the latest W10M build that is used in those new devices. That is enough for me to not recommend this build of W10M.

                      And I follow lot of Windows related blogs and reviewers. Look for the channel Phonedog and check for the review by Michael Fisher. That alone will be enough.

                      This is a problem with the OS. So it can be fixed. Until then I don't recommend W10M devices.

                        They wanted the phone to be available for Christmas and new year sales, which is why the "beta" OS got rushed into a "flagship device" while they are also working on a supposedly better "Surface Phone"

                              Releasing new devices with unfinished Windows 10 Mobile was a really bad move by Microsoft. Lot of the new buyers are angry and frustrated because of the bugs. Microsoft should have delayed the release till W10M is more usable and feel more complete.
