AT&T finally testing cross-VoLTE between US carriers

VoLTE is such a great way to hear callers with crystal-clear quality. While this feature is such a great advancement in the telecommunications industry, the problem with it is that they haven’t enabled this feature for calls made between callers of different service providers.

When my girlfriend was visiting the Phillipines in the summer, we would just audio facetime and my car would display an HD logo for the calls. I wonder which other services have that. I know it's not native HD calling.
