i don't know why LG is delaying the update for the middle east area ???
although most of LG services are disabled in this area like LG cloud , Voice app and even LG back up
they are treating us like third class people , although i like LG but i think my next phone won't be from LG !!@!!

Now it's software version is V30b-262-01. Please tell me about it's region.

Do not use PC suite upgrade, for certain regions the PC suite shows upgrades available but after finishing sends the phone into a boot loop!!!
The phone can be recovered using LG flash tool & factory stock firmware, but at the loss of data on internal storage.

Your dev... moreYeah, Bridge doesn't work for me either... But the other two work (doesn't mean I've got the update though).
There are just a couple of things to keep in mind: disable any firewall, and maybe antivirus just in case, and I've read somewhere that PC Suite only supports usb 2 connections, so plug your phone in those ports.
As for your region, go into about phone/software info, and you'll se your software version at the bottom (mine is V21a-AME-XX) and AME stands for Asia and Middle East. You can google your region, or ask here.
