Spartan, 03 Apr 2016Dear i am using d855 but still i have version 5.0 its not u... morei had updated my G3 to Android 5.0 from Android 4.4.2.
then there were 3 more updates available.1st was probably a security patch,2nd was 5.0.1 & 3rd 5.0.2.And yes in G3 in Settings-> Software version it still shows as version 5.0 but its actually 5.0.2 as per my knowledge.there was a article about this on some website.All were OTA updates.
And i guess Android 6.0 is cmng soon to G3 D855 India,will that be via OTA/PC Suite - i cant say.

That guy simply installed a theme for ux 4.0 from the play store. Please stop misinforming people here. This thread is for status updates on the LG G3 Marshmallow 6.0 update, not on third party themes.
Still waiting for the update in India. Checked just now via LG Software Utility. Still Nada. Waiting patiently and eagerly as the update is imminent to roll out any day now, here.

I have updated my D855 16GB In the uk via PC suite. Nothing detected OTA. It shows s/w version 30c.
My phone is not tied to any UK network (purchased sim free.) Not sure if that has any bearing on it being updated.

I just wonder how come they release 30a now wh... moreI have no idea why they released V30a in the Philippines, however one thing I notice when I plugged my G3 and check the update on PC Suite It said 2 updates available if turns out to be true, you might need to update to V30a and then to V30b. Just an idea...

What's the difference between updating via OTA versus updating via LG PC Suite? I can see there is update when I connect my LG G3 to LG PC suite, but still nothing over OTA...

I bought my G3 from Germanos store and the android version now is v20j-202-01.
Do you know if my device is able to update to android M using Lg Pc Suite, there is no OTA
if not, do you know when it will be available for me?

Does anybody know when the MM update/upgrade will be available OTA in Baltic countries?
Because some weeks ago one day this big update was available OTA (for me) but had no time to install it, then the next day it said "you are using the latest software".
