My LG G3 D855 16 Gb successfully updated to Android 6.0 V30c-EUR-XX from V21a-EUR-XX. My network provider is EE but no OTA update was available. I took the plunge and upgraded with LG PC Suite. I initially chose the option to backup data then do upgrade...that failed! I then chose the other option to proceed straight to upgrade without data backup. The whole process took about 1 hour. I was pleased to see all my data remained in situ so no data backup was required before performing update.
Finally, the update was done tonight 30-Mar-16 but I can't say how long the update had been available. It's there now for UK LG G3 D855 16Gb (EE is my carrier). Goodness knows when EE will roll out the OTA.
So far, I'm really pleased with Marshmallow, very smooth and fast 😄 Haven't found any issues, but I continue to explore. Touch wood, there will be no problems

Frosteez, 30 Mar 2016the official release for FR phone is planned on 9th of Apri... moredont tell people something tha is not confirmed by lg or lg france the rumors keep them for your self many people are saying the same with dates and until today no one was telling the truth the only confirmed date is whaiting until june and further more time is coming !!!!!

LG G3 Android M update available in UK via LG PC Suite as of today.
I am using the D855 16 GB version - TalkTalk / Vodaphone.
As has been previously mentioned, auto brightness seems buggy - other than that all good.

just updated in ireland via pcsuite. the auto brightness is a bit buggy not terrible but annoying stil. tried factory reset no use. i will download the update directly from lg and do a clean install later this week. hopefully that will fix it

Advice please... I've got LG G3 D855 through the UK network EE. Software version is V21a-EUR-XX.
Am I best to wait until EE is ready (whenever that'll be, who knows!) to roll out the MM 6.0 upgrade OTA.... or can I install the upgrade through LG PC Suite? Is it risky to do this via LG PC Suite. I notice quite a few people are upgrading via LG PC Suite, but is that because they have unbranded / unlocked LG G3 phones?
