Microsoft has no understanding of smartphone market. Hardware as poor as if it's very entry level model. In fact, looks like design is quite good and definitely not entry level. But such a poor hardware is just a wrong choice here. Microsoft needs to hire people who have a good understanding of smartphone market. Of course if they want to stay on this market and grow. But if the don't... well... then it's ok to put such uninspiring hardware in this model.
In my opinion, Snapdragon 410 ( or newer), full HD screen, and at least 2500 mAh battery is a must.

From what I have read, the advantages 650 has over 640 or 550 is wireless charging and metallic build.
I don't need wireless charging it's just a gimmick. I think wired charging is more efficient.
I don't mind the metallic build but I rather go with the plastic I am used to XD

Pls Microsoft, sell your mobile division to Nokia again. You are not capable of doing mobile phones according to customers' choice and need. Please leave. We are really missing Nokia Lumia.

so microsoft is joking with windows phone buyers, sd400(which was brilliant chipset for lower midrange devices) to sd212, 2500 mah to 2000mah from lumia 640. atleast sd410 would have been a proper upgrade.
