              -----------------------

Jus because their support is crap, why the phone has to be useless? No one can deny they are making fantastic hardwares which pushed the limit beyond the boundary...

Don't forget when the Omnia first came out in Europe it was very good, until it then came out in Korea where the screen res had double and also had Digital TV.
Yes, it would seem that the home team has the advantage.

I have an Omnia HD and my friend has an Omnia 2. We both have experienced the Samsung snub. You buy the well spec'd, good looking device and then after the money's out of your bank account you get an almost complete lack of support. The help phone line is staffed by helpful frustrated people who cant give you answers cause Samsung has abandoned them as well. So, I see 2 issues with this phone. 1-As stated above, and 2-Its a proprietary OS with no app development / support. Buy it if you feel you must, but have a good think about it first. I'd hate to see you writing a similar post to this in a years time about another new Samsung device.

I bought the Omnia HD, where after a year the camera still doesn't work right for all users. I will never buy Samsung again - there is a reason people say support is crap, because it is! You get a rushed to market, underdeveloped phone, then the move on to the next one! Don't be fooled by the specs, usually very good, but the software doesn't get the best out of the phone - Samsung are poor!
