Anonymous, 12 Jan 2016y not both have metal glass is always slippery...even redmi... moreGlass is much more cheaper to build and maintain than metal alloy they use in making phones hence to keep the cost down most companies use a metal alloy frame with glass in front and back if a glass panel breaks you can replace it easily what will you do if your metal phone gets dents all over it more difficult to maintain.

It's their job ... moreFyki companies sold more phones after switching to premium materials please research b4 spamming and now it's a normal and very important thing to use premium materials for the sale of phones no wants a plastic block on their hand Samsung didn't change to metal because someone told them to do so their sales were going down they had long listened to spammers about how plastic is better and finally realised metal is the way forward and changed.

Enough "premium" bullshit, we need functional and ... moreSmartphone manufacturers sell phones to the masses and have to take the opinion of wide variety of people and what the masses want is glass and metal even a company like Samsung who was hell bent on producing plastic phones had to change their ways because of the demand for premium phones so the opinion of the minorities doesnt really matter and the people with these opinions who spam here all the time 99% of them don't really buy the phone so why bother and waste your time here rather buy a phone which suits your needs.
