So, we'll see a lot of Snapdragon 210, 410,615 and 808 stuff from LG.
May be a few 810 extreme pricey phones.
They are really fan of snapdragon family.

It's all about the big screen now until someone finds a way to make a fully functional phone with a transparent screen with wrap-around the wrist capability. Everything else is just a gadget aimed at niche markets.

What do you say about a new Play smartphone (like the Sony Xperia Play - or was it Sony Ericsson?)? Could it be an LG with PSP like gaming controls with 2016 hardware or not?

It's VR, rotate the pic upside down and play looks like hmd (head mounted device). LG released this for G3 before. You heard it here first ;)

My First thought was more of a "we wanna surprise you", like a jack-in-the-box of sorts.
Not a music box for a music-centric phone.

Really for LG, they should release a mini counterpart alongside the g5 when they release that eventually. That's all thy would need for q1 and q2, four devices. I really liked the g2 mini, but there was no g3 or g4 mini, just 's' versions, they were no good in truth.
