"HTC is expected to sell no more than one million Vives by the end of 2016"

They'll be lucky if they even sell 100,000 units by the end of the year!

Where did you guys see that the PS VR will cost $1125. I know Amazon CA had it listed but that was just a place holder. How is that even news worthy...

no more than a million in a year?! you are lucky if you sell 100k at that price lol and I don't think even gear vr sold that many. Also most ppl don't own high end pc which is quite an investment to get both.

AnonD-152638, 12 Jan 2016One million units at that price? Does not add up.Yeah. That's a huge number for something that expensive. Even oculus or sony might have trouble hitting that 1m sales in 1 year with this product. Its not even mainstream yet.

Sorry, $1500 for stuff you only use at home so you won't look so silly in public. Would not spend that insane amount for something I won't be using so much.

ashyjay92, 12 Jan 2016if it includes those controller things, that's not too bad,... moreI think the Oculus Rift with all its known accessories with current forecast on pricing would is still be sub $1k. I think around $800.

                          Does not add up.

if it includes those controller things, that's not too bad, as with the oculus you'll have to but those later on, which could make it the same price.

Unless it has some powerful VR ready graphics chip,it is joke of the year

Well, it has many features so 1500$ would be a fair price.
