Samsung launched 11 exclusive TouchWiz themes for the Galaxy A (2016) phones.

If you are talking about whole themes system then... Themes are popular and were very nice even on old nokia phones. And all android versions has themes so why not? Its not about samsung it is about android.

        This new A series are pretty good, even a3 have 720p and premium build. I will probably buy three of them to replace a lumia 730, 1st gen moto g and a lumia 520 from my parents and brother.
