What is the exact build that you managed to install Windows 10 to, as I had purchased used 640 from Germany, which had no 4G capability in their build (02177.00000.15184.36001) for the restrictive DIGI RCS_RDS band 38 (2600MHz). I learnt about flashing, and went install russian version (02177.00000.15184.36002_059X1T7), which now works on 4G band 38 just fine, but I cannot upgrade to Windows 10. What exact build you have? After run it will automatically display congratulations win10 upgrade is available for your device. then go to settings - phone update-check for update and start downloading over wifi only . please note downloading of package is - 1.6gb approx.
I had done the same after second update oif win10 in my 640xl lte my battery back up is unbelievable. It is providing two day back up with 3g connectivity usage frequently.

Install Upgrade advisor from the app store and run through the app. You will then be able to upgrade to windows 10.

First install Upgrade Advisor and check if you are eligible for Windows 10 upgrade.
If it says yes, then you'll be able to upgrade to Windows 10.

Jerry, 02 Mar 2016It's all a jokeI'm beginning to think so. Win8 ANYTHING on phones shouldn't be an option anymore considering WIN10 for desktop's 1-year free upgrade is up in June already. EVERY Windows smartphone should be WIN10 and compatible with ALL desktop aps you can get from the store. Frankly I'm tired of everything being available for Crapples and Robots but not Microsoft's Windows solid brand.

windows 10 doesn't work in Ireland, bought a Garmin watch advertising Garmin os works on windows 10 but hey Microsoft behind the time. very frustrating an no release update

abs, 14 Jan 2016In 535 Lumia when comes in India update window 10change region into finland and restart ur ph....after that check for update ...maybe ...u receive update ....Microsoft scheduled his update first in europe so u can change ur country into europian country....100% sure its working...it works for me also...
