AnonD-40735, 14 Jan 2016Microsoft have to give away the phones :) No one wants them. Yep. That is the only way they can get a bit more marketshare. I actually was excited for the flagship duo from microsoft but they failed really bad on both devices. Not really trying at all.

Anonymous, 14 Jan 2016Yes, but the LG runs Android, which, oh well, is a terrible... moreOhh dear. What an ignorant statement. I'd rather use a feature phone than a windows 10 device. The UI looks good but is clumsy and annoying on almost everything else that matters in a smartphone.

This looks like a really well made product, but in reality it's not even finished to be properly usable. They should have wait with their 'flagship' phone until they get the OS on a level, where they can PROUDLY release it. Well...they did that anyway, and as i can see...they failed...really badly. Don't get me wrong, i like Windows UI and everything...but they made a lot of big mistakes releasing this phone, and W10 which is not yet ready for a worlwide rollout. Come on Microsoft

Anonymous, 14 Jan 2016Yes, but the LG runs Android, which, oh well, is a terrible... moreWhy is it android is a terrible os? That is subjective so i respect your opinion but i would say the opposite....i hate ios and my brief use of microsoft using a microsoft 640Xl was horrible.....perhaps i was being harsh but visually it was clunky and slow.....layout was poor features were meh ok the software just felt very unpolished and not very slick....ios i just find a hastle to use with its restrictive software and compatability issues with non ios devices and many other gripes......i have tried all 3 Os and personally i would never use anything but android again currently because for the most part i can do my tasks quicker easier and more efficient then i can on the other 2.....perhaps thats just becaise i am more used to it

Like all the versions before it, it is unfinished and always will be. Cant believe that people havent learned after years that its always beta and lacking behind. I surely have.

Microsoft should give concentration on software popularity with low revenue this time by selling phone.

Sorry Microsoft, but still not worth it. I read battery life is terrible. Just think how much hardware and software you can buy with 400 GBP. this means like 530 EUR or 575 USD. An LG G4 costs 310 GBP without contract, and it has the same hardware and much better build quality.
When will Microsoft learn that hardware is not meant to be priced with 90% markup, like they do with their software ?
