Anonymous, 16 Jan 2016They made this windows 10 update so painful to update that ... moreWhat do mean by painful? The official update isn't even out yet.
If you meant the insider preview, then you shouldn't have joined. They clearly state that insider preview is for testing purposes and there are and will be bugs all around. If someone cannot stand usage or update bugs, then the preview isn't for him/her.

They made this windows 10 update so painful to update that it is the best to sell my phone and buy something else. If they made such mess with this, how they can expect me to buy another smartphone from them. Satisfaction experience is so bad.

It's a real shame that MS can't seem to meet their goals and promises around this. For me, Win10 on mobile is a natural fit for the things I do, but it's obvious that Win10 mobile does not fit into many other people's workflow or lifestyles.
Oh, slight spelling correction: "weather" should be "whether".

This is to stop people moaning at the delay for the update.
Comments though from those who have had the update on their phones indicates disatisfaction as if there are bugs in the update or changes people find unacceptable.
We can only see what happens.
