Lg g2 was the best that lg ever made. They should have just refined this moster flagship,improve on the cons and it would have been the perfect smartphone

This g5 has to be beyond reproach because i still don't know what to upgrade to from my g3( g4 out of the question) except note 4 or "note 6". So LG you better get it right. Advice battery, battery and battery.

With LG v10 they made the right choice with hardened silicon back. Grippier than metal, less prone to scratches, real self healing (they tried with LG flex but failed) best against shock. I like how LG try to innovate and not scared to experiment.

They should revert back to 1080p, which is more than enough and the battery consumption will be greatly affected! (and the overall perfromance too).
G2 was the greatest not because it had the best camera, SD card, removable battery or the thinnest in the market.
It was the best because it had superb bazels, top performance and brilliant battery endurance to take advantage of what it has!
G3 and G4 lose 4% of their battery just to check for an email, if you use GPS, Viber and play smth like RR3, you need to charge at least twice a day, whilst with the G2, there never was a problem!

It is interesting that this year, LG managed to conceal the appearance of mobile phone and showed only the back of the piece, and I am surprised that even the manufacturer of protective cover did not get the size and shape lg g5 for manufacturing protective covers for galaxy s7 already knows nearly everything.

I love my note and its size, but that is why there is the S and then the Note. Some people like the bigger phones and some like the more compact. And the G Flagship are not compact in screen or size factor.

G2 was LG's best phone ever.
G3 was a degradation because it had half of its battery endurance and performance, due to uneeded 2.5k resolution, but at least it kept the 75% screen-to-body-ratio
G4 got even bigger, even lost the screen-to-body-ratio to 70% and worsened the battery even more.
From the leaked specs the G5 will be even worse, yet bigger, with even bigger bazels due to secondary screen, worse battery performance due to 2.5k and double screeen and thinner battery with smaller capacity.
LG has lost her way...

Thank you LG If Rumors about 5.1"-5.3" inch display is true. It is the perfect size. LG G3 and G4 are too big. 5.5" is too large.

Lg did mis the boat with the G4. If the G5 is not metal and it looks the same like G3 G4 they will lose.

Last year they missed out a tiny bit, photos a little blown out in day, and cutting corners with CPU using 808 (810 was not perfect but v2 worked for many people) apart from that, they almost took the lead for me.
This year they have a chance to do it, all phones are using 820, top end are either keeping or having micro SD back, so this year it will be mostly down to looks/camera, and is Samsungs Britcell fails, then LG have a good chance of nailing it this year.
There is also the battery side of things but this is too unclear yet.

According to the rumors the new screen size will be between 5.3"-5.2" inches that means it lost almost 0.3" inch so please stop being foolish and make the flagship much bigger as it should be, thank you.

Hey gsmarena, I know that there will be a 2016 flagship from LG called g5 and no one wants to know it's model no. There may be some retarded folks but I am talking about normal.
