Apple asks Supreme Court not to take up Samsung's appeal

    How pathetic. Please Mr. Supreme Court, don't let them appeal like they're legally allowed to. If they were satisfied the trail was fair then they should have no worry about an appeal. cryPhone gonna cryPhone.

          samsung is much better than iphone bcz apple has no feature of sharing to android,although apple has very gud structure gud features and everthing is gud in apple but still more cstmrs choose samsung rather than apple due to to features apple is fine but samsung is choice

                      Anonymous, 05 Feb 2016Massive profits justify the means.Actually, those who buy iPhones are on average better off and more satisfied than those of average Android buyers. Consumers value a thing more if they pay more for it. Everyone knows Apple's margins and yet want to buy their products, I don't think anybody should have any problems with that.

                        What's ironic is iPhones now look a lot more like Galaxy phones than the other way around. Looking at my tiny sardine can iPhone 4 which was the iconic look up to iPhone 5s until Apple copied Samsung.

                                  The case about similar designs is just too much stupid. There is not real technology is just design. While apple used many technologies that are developed without paying. That's why many companies are suing apple every year.

                                    I wonder if Samsung will appeal against Apple's appeal to ignore Samsung's appeal to have the case overturned and review the pattern law system

                                      if one in Mexico and iPhone in Brazil are still waiting for their money from apple. It's still 60%+ from all cellphone sells by Apple.
