Will we ever see a phone like the Lumia 1520 again? Easily my favourite windows phone, would like to see a follow up to it.

are the Microsoft research and development division out of of their mind..... shit heads dont even know what ppl want..... giving the hardware specification of such low level and pricing it so high up... the lumia 20 series which included 520 to 1020 were the best and if ppl are buying the lumia phones that is the only reason.. atleast try and be as half as good as nokia just by buying a company u cannot succeed....

I looked in my book magic and you will be surprised by the fitting that will come this World 650. Will worth the price.

I guarantee you that 8-9 of them wouldn't even know what SoC is. So please stop thinking that people are choosing a new phones by some specs - majority of them look just for the price, design, maybe OS and brand with which they are familiar.
About your "outdated soc" - 210 came in 2014 so technically it's newer than 400 which came in 2013. And as a newer soc it supports some functions which 400 does not, e.g. VoLTE or Wifi calling with LTE continuity or newer GPS chip (by 2 generations - Izat 8C vs 8A).
Difference in speed by 0.1 GHz is just negligable. Lol even my old Lumia 620 which is running on dual-core 1 GHz has no problems with Win 10 Mobile, why should quad 1.1 have then? Design will be huge selling point on this phone - only 7mm thick!

I suppose it will have sd 410, 13 mpix rear camera, 5 mpix front camera and 3000 mah battery. That's way it's price is similar to Lumia 640 XL.
