WhatsApp Web is now officially compatible with Microsoft Edge

WhatsApp's Web extension now officially supports Microsoft's Edge Web browser. This was first noticed by users on Reddit. Until now, the functionality was officially only available on Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari.

The only reason why people stick to that is, maybe, because you don't even need to do anything to add your friends since you already have them on your phone book (not even need to do the import or invite thing). All have pros and cons I guess.

              How about IE? I don´t want to upgrade to Windows 10, didn´t have a good experience. And Edge is only available on 10.

Phone for authentication, and PC alone for everything else. Any logged in account can see all other active sessions and terminate them remotely. So there is no chance of foul play. Most of users these days have multiple phones, PCs, Tablets etc. Whatsapp can only be logged in a single phone at any time and not even that for tablets. I don't get why this is still popular.

But in my country, a lot of small business use WhatsApp as one of their customer service access points where customer can inquiry an item, purchase an item, or even arrange an appointment to service their devices. Imagine if this done via smartphone with small keyboard and alternating contact back and forth just to answer questions. Web helper does ease their jobs.
